This is due to their unique composition, the easy digestion of "natural homogenised" fat, the anti-allergenic properties and the pronounced taste. Pharmaceutical, nutritional and dairy industries are willing to pay a premium price for this milk. By using milk replacers the maximum volume of this premium priced milk can be sold to the market.
